By meal planning, exercising regularly & taking small breaks during the day, our team at LCP Coaching is dedicating the Month of May to our physical and emotional health! What small steps can you take with your team this month to improve your overall health?

TRY OUR RECIPE FOR THE MOST DELICIOUS "BREAK-FAST" PARFAIT:
You will need the following ingredients:

  • Mason Jars

  • Strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • Raspberries

  • Greek Vanilla Yogurt (more protein)

  • Honey

  • Lemon Juice

  • Cinnamon

  • Slivered Almonds

  • Granola

  • Dang Toasted Coconut Chips


Prepare several of these on the weekend & store in your fridge. You will have a ready to eat healthy balanced breakfast or mid-day snack to get you energized for your “fruitful” day!

Cut Strawberries & place them with berries at the bottom of the jar. Squeeze lemon juice & honey on yogurt with cinnamon & mix. Add 1 cup of yogurt over the berries. Add slivered almonds & store. When ready to eat, add granola so it will be crunchy along with the coconut chips, if you like coconuts. Coconuts give your meal an “islandy vibe”. ENJOY!
